Subject: LCD clock light bulb
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

The clock light on my 85 Westy has been burnt out since I bought it 3 years ago. I didn't even know there was a light for it until I purchased my 87 syncro and saw the clock in it had one. I searched the archive on what bulb I need to buy, this is what I found.

"The bulb is located on the small circuit board for the clock. It is a twist-to-remove bulb. Part #2722MF8 and is 12v 2 watt. Your best bet to find replacement bulbs is a VW dealer, I've not found them anywhere else."

My question is can I find this bulb elsewhere?

Will one of these work?
