In the owners manual the display reads 13.8V so perhaps there is a
switch to see the digital voltage in addition to the lame 4 position bar
graph. The "manual" is a joke and the resolution of the image of the
item is too poor for me to read all the labels on the buttons. The text
says that the power led flashes constantly when 12v power is applied and
that would be annoying at night. For only $15 it looks like a fun toy at
least. I'm going to see if my local store has it.
