How would you suggest getting to the faucet nipple?

I see the hose going back behind the stove, but where does it go from there?

I filled up the tank and the pump does pump well (2-3 inches high above the pump when held by hand in the water.) but when I hook it to the hose the water only goes 3 inches in and stops. Must be blockage or a loose connection?

Any procedure to get to the hose going to the sink?

Thanks for you patience
