Most Auto Glass installers have chrome plastic or black plastic trim that can replace the old cracked stuff. That same trim fits lots of Chevy product, pickup Truck rear windows. You'll need to buy the install tool for the stripping because it's tedious to install.

I read with interest yesterday about someone who had replaced the cracked silver/chrome trim on their window seals with the stuff used to keep screen material in place. Has anyone that has tried this got a picture or two so I can see how it looks?

I see the Bus Depot sells a seal that doesn't require the trim. Has anyone tried this on a van that originally had a seal with trim and if so, are you happy with the results?

Thanks Melvin
