Subject: Clutch Need Adjust?

Brian, You need to hone your communication skills a bit. I assume you "do not start your van in gear" but you start the van out of gear or clutch disengaged. So does the jolt happen in first and reverse? Jack the van up and look for slop in the axels? When was the last time you greased them? regards gary

I've just started noticing that if I start my van when cold, in gear, with clutch engaged, that ther is a small jolt forward as if the clutch was not fully engaged. Is this just a pedal throw adjustment, or more likely something with the hydraulics? Also, I was wondering if most of you flush & bleed your clutch system like we do routinely with our brakes.

THANKS

Brian
