errr... i've met more than 100 listees karl and stephanie wolz included plus hundreds of other vanagon fans not on this list. yes, i've tried this at home. i once drove a 1200 mile trip in one day to spend a half hour with a fellow listee. delivered a westy panel some hundreds of miles from here. heck, i bought a (T3) vehicle from a guy from another continent. been on this list several years now i guess. it's had it's up and downs.

oh yeah, several of my six vanagons have timing belts. IIRC two of them came that way from the factory (1.6 na & 1.6td). one more got a vw engine with a timing belt. and yet another got a timing belt from subaru.

as farrside known, sarcasm has always been a healthy part of the discussion. simon other lists. sometimes it's punny. sometimes it's mean. kinda like life in general. don't sweat the small details.

awww... what the heck am i talking about? nevermind. please go back to your regular programming.
