That's for sure. In aircooled Porsche circles there is always talk about compression vs leak-down tests. Bruce Anderson, the guru of Porsche mechanical lore, always advises to do a compression test. If OK, quit. Only do a leakdown if the compression test shows a problem. Otherwise, a leakdown might make you THINK you have a problem that you don't have.
