Where ever there are changes in cabinets, curtains, water system parts, fridge, stove, lp, etc., these plates have been a godsend in proper identification as to Westfalia Serial Number divisions. The tricky part is determining which ones apply to USA, Canada, Europe and other markets the Westy was sold in as well as which model (P Series) the changes applies to. While it's not 100%, Westfalia sure provided a lot of Serial Number data to VW to include in the fiche plate.
