Actually that piece of hose that is about 4 feet long. Reduces from about 4"
to 3.85 inches is a NLA part.
Yes I have one that still has both ends on it and is generally in good
condition.
Lets see:
A trip to the shopping center to get a box.
A trip home to pack it and label it.
A trip to UPS to ship it.
Then someone is going to want it for $5.00 + $9.00 for UPS.
Make me an offer for the parts you see that doesn't have me working for
nothing and giving away the part.

That sounds like heater box hose. Goes from the heat exchangers to the
firewall to bring heated air into the cab. I could be wrong, but that
is what it sounds like. If it is, that should be available at just
about any Bug (old) shop.
