Subject:      How to Remove center caps on Carat wheels?

How do you remove the center caps on Carat rims? do you have to take
the whole rim off to remove it? or can you just pull on it and it will
pop out?
Gotta replace the speedo cable... but if i don't have to pull the wheel
that would be great.
