Kyle;

I doubt you need to replace the throttle assembly. Probably a problem with the switch. You can order these from one of the list vendors (Bus Depot, Vanagain, Volks Cafe).

On my van the throttle position switch had more or less fused to the throttle body so I removed the throttle body and spent some time cleaning the corrosion and dirt before installing the new switch. I also found that the factory recommended settings were too tight and the switch would not function consistently. When I set the gap I opened the adjustment way out then slowly closed it down while manipulating the throttle linkage until I got to the smallest gap I could get and still have the switch do its thing every time the throttle linkage returned to the idle position. Consistent function seems to be more important than a precise gap. I use one of Darrel's Digitools but you can do the same with a multi meter.
