Okay, this is just screwed up. After my prior post, my friend and I decided we were going to clean it, since it seemed a bit sticky. Half a can of brake cleaner, and a quarter can of carburetor cleaner later, we had a throttle body that was /much/ cleaner, and actually moved properly, returning to the proper positioning.

I started the van up, after letting it dry for about half an hour... and it now idles at about 850rpm.

Should this concern me as much as it does?
