I've always found that kicking them out with rubber-soled shoes works great. Loosening the rubber seal first will help. Then just kick them flatfooted. Takes seconds to pop them out. I recoiled in horror the first time I saw this done. But it works just great. Due to varying conditions, this author will not be responsible for broken windows should you try his method. I have yet to break one this way. BTW, this is only for side windows. Windshields and rear windows are too fragile for this technique (or lack thereof). BenT posting for the first time w/o bentbtstr8
