Andree, In my humble opinion, the best VW shop in Salt Lake is Bugs and Bunnies, just down the street from REI. I don't have this phone number in front of me right now, but this place is great. The other shop that I have heard good things about is Mill Creek. I have also heard bad things about Mill Creek and you can't beat Bugs and Bunnies. Of course, if all you want is air conditioning work, no need to go to a VW place. In any case, i really can't give Mike at Bugs and Bunnies a high enough recommendation. Good luck.
