Hey-

I've Infinity 3.5"s in the stock door speaker-grills, and 5.5"s below them in the doors- couldn't seal the 3.5's well, but as they just for "highs", they sound fine... it took some time, but the 5.5's came out nice, it just takes some patience to cut the holes out of the panels in the lower door- I can describe those in more detail and send pics if you like... 3.5's are run from the radio w/ inline bass-blockers, this keeps the treble from being overwhelming, the 5.5's are run off the amp with internal bass-freq blocks and 2nd channels bridged for the sub...

I have also heard that you can get 5.5's into the rear speaker slots, but haven't tried yet... you might try a post asking that, I'm pretty sure I've seen it.

Amp (4x100) is currently in the spare-battery area below the driver's seat, but that will be moved to (probably) below the sink when I add a spare batt- there you can add a fan into the wall of the cabinet facing forward to keep things cool, and rig some plastic in case the sink ever leaks- still plenty of room for the amp to breathe, and to make adjustments... the storage area of the rear seat is an option as well- but once you start committing stereo equip there it makes it hard to store tools/jack/anything that may harm your components, so I am trying to avoid that area in favor of the other storage areas that are less used (in my case) for random camping stuff!

Haven't decided on a spot for the sub, I keep moving it around to see where it will sound the best, without blasting passengers- beneath the rear seat is an obvious choice, altho it limits the size of sub (and above issues)... still comtemplating! Bass-tubes are super-flexible for space, so I might go shopping for one/2 of those, instead of trying to cram my 14" sub somewhere!

Holler if I can help or you want pics- Mike
