John, While I have no idea what mail client you use or how you have it configured, but USUALLY the name is set in the mail client, the list server, MOST LIKELY, doesn't alter the name. Mail me offline if you need some help setting this up... while I'm no Vanagon mechanic, I AM a network engineer and certified geek.... :-) -Robert -----Original Message----- From: Anonymous Digest <jbrush@AROS.NET> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Mon, 5 Jul 2004 11:01:55 -0600 Subject: Change my name?

Would anyone have a suggestion as to the command to send the listserv to get the "anonymous digest" off of my 'from' address? I don't see anything obvious in the list of commands. Maybe someone else sees what I am missing?

I was in digest mode, but you can't filter people that way, and although the noise has really died down this past week, I might as well stay in 'individual email' mode. I would like to lose the anonymous thing, as it looks like I am trying to hide or something :-)

Thanks,

John
