Most likely it goes under the throttle switch plate. It snaps on. You might have to tie it on, BUT DO NOT SEAL it on with glue. I tried that and it corroded in a few months, got white power on all things inside. It needs ^^^^^^^^^^^

to be able to drain. A zip tie looped around should hold it on.
