Subject: Parking brake actuator rod REMOVAL
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

volks: Went to remove the rod between the parking brake and the adjusting yoke last night. Disengaged it from the handle mechanism easily enough. Pulled it forward about 4" easily but then it stuck. Something firm and solid. I can move it back and forth, but it's getting hung up on something above the fuel tank. Nothing in Bentley about this. Am I missing something? Is there a trick?. Please O list experience, enlighten me, I'd like my parking brake back! Bill M 82GL
