Good morning! I was reinstalling my water cabinet last night, when I encountered some problems. The spade connector on the short black wire that connects to the lowest fresh water tank level sensor broke off at some point. Here is what I know - where each wire coming from the level sensor "black box" connects to the water tank. Here is what I don't know - where the green and black wires (kept together in black sheathing, that originate from the main Westy kitchen wiring harness) - connect to. From what I can gather in the Bentley - these wires end up supplying the power to the waterpump - but only if the level in the water tank is above a certain level. FYI: My '86 Westy is a Canadian model - so the water pump is underneath the sink (I am pretty sure the wiring to the level sensors and pump is slightly different from the US models with the pump inside the water tank - but I could be wrong). I am hoping that someone with a Canadian model of Westy could take 5 minutes to lift up the shelf in the water cabinet that hides all this wiring - and p-mail me back with a quick synopsis of how all this mess connects together to the water tank. Most importantly - which wires have the "double decker" spade terminals, and where they connect to!
