From my '85GL 1.9L Owners Manual (U.S.):
Plugs: Bosch W7C0 or Beru 14 L-7C
Electrode gap: 0.028 in (0.7 mm)
Don't have reliable info re specified wire/connector resistance myself.
Much depends on whether your system uses resistor wire or regular wire with
suppressor connectors. Be aware that a PO or his mechanic may have changed
things from the original setup.
But a reasonable check is to make sure the resistances of the 4 plug wires
are all about the same. Then make sure the center wire and the rotor are
reasonable values (ie, not open circuit). I believe the rotor used with the
Hall effect system is a resistor type rotor - roughly 1k ohm.
