Yes, and a quick test is to squirt some WD-40, LPS, or similar penetrant/lubricant into each bushing, and see if the sound goes away. If it does, you can repeat this procedure weekly or monthly (depending on how much rain/dust you get) or just replace them. I found a spray can of dry moly grease was the most long lasting lube, but finally got around to swapping the UCBs and they're still fine a few years later.
