I've been thinking twice before posting this for the purpose of "staying out" of it. I have personal experience with aircooled.net and John, the owner. I admire his straight-forward, direct and honest style. He also has first-rate knowledge and high quality goods for sale. Opinion: I think this cyber medium leaves a lot to be desired where communication is concerned. I can't say enough about how personable I've found John, his fellow employees and family, and the accommodating environment they all create. I'll give myself credit for being a responsible patron so I'm afforded some respect for that.

No, I have nothing to gain for supporting aircooled.net. The bumpers are paid for :)

An aside: I agree with the observation about needing to watch for rust and do periodic maintenance. I've found a very small spot of rust inside the outer lip of the 2" receiver on the front bumper and put a small dab of POR-15 and black paint to treat it. That is in a weld seem. The rest of the welds and joints show no sign of rust and there are lots of weld joints on these beefy bumpers. Very well built and designed. Well worth the investment in my van.
