5' cheater bar from my hydraulic jack handle and a large crescent wrench did it for me with three O2 sensors. I also used the Westy table leg to fit over one of my box wrenches. A pipe wrench might be better. Suggestions about heating it would probably help. The wrench has to fit the flange real tight with zero play or you will round off the head.
