Discharge a CO2 extinguisher on it to super cool it. Then quickly heat
the threaded receptacle with a propane torch while applying turning
pressure on the O2 sensor itself with a wrench.


BTW, it works best with a helper!!


When you install the new one, be sure to use some anti-seize compound,
but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT get any on the tip of the sensor. It will be dead
in moments when you start up.
