Hi Peter,

I would recommend:

1) Replace both external windshield washer nozzles and tubing all the way to the pump. Fit a non-return valve just above the pump so the pipework is always full and there's no delay when you pull the lever.

2) Renew both windshield wiper spindles plus the plastic parts outside the body. Check wiper linkage for any damage to the plastic bushes that connect to the ball joints on the spindles and replace if needed. Lubricate all bushes including the one on the eccentric arm on the wiper motor.

3) Using compressed air, blow out all heating and ventilation ducting.
