Hi Chris,

I just did the Gaspesia tour.

Here is a couple of tips/nice things to see:

As said, the 132 road is nice. Among the nicest villages was Kamouraska. Many around the coast are nice too. (St-Jean Port-Joli).

I found a camping that is great, outdoor and enviromentally orientated: it's call Halte Ecologique des battures (in St-andre-de-Kamouraska, 20 km west of Rivière-du-Loup). http://www.kam.qc.ca/bienven/ohk/nature/n_halte.html (it's in French)

Parc du bic is also an excellent place to stop. it's a national Park. great hiking and view

You have to book in advance for camping for both. There are also some possibilities of stealth camping in St-Fabien-sur-Mer (only 1 road), right by the beach, it's a small village between the mountain and the St-Lawrence river. while st-fabien is on th 132.

We stopped at a B&B in Le Bic (in the village du bic, right by the park). La Maison de Marie-Victor 266, Sainte-Cécile, Le Bic. (418) 736-4806 The guy offerred us to camp on his land, with showers and everything. for free. (he accepts donations)
