Interesting subject!!! i always have been facinated by those, they scare me and it's good, i slow down and am being more careful. Someone died there, it could have been me!!! Mexico all over = religious = death related (i also heard about Accident related, not death only) I have witness a ceremony near Mulege (Baja California) in the "inferno" hill near this town, a truck driver died (he was still in is truck after 8 days, dificult to reach i heard?????) Family, friends, priest, well, over 50 peoples. The women (looks like wife to me) was planting the cross with some flowers and a script like RIP!!! I have seen bigger cross/like praying places (whatever very small place they go to pray for there dead / lost people in accident, maybe group or more than one person died there... JP is right, a lot of those in QC, we use to be very religious up here....use to be. http://www.benplace.com/baja/baja_ben_los2.jpg on the right ahead, dificult to see but it's there. Mister Bean |
