Finally! Something within my realm of expertise. I can finally give
some information back to the list.
The best way (if you have time) would be to scan this to a PDF. There
are two options for doing this.
The first way is to simply incorporate the scanned images into a
single PDF file. Not a bad idea, and aside from the scanning, not a lot
of work. If you have access to an automated document scanner, even
better.
The second way, should you choose to do this, is to run it through
Acrobat's OCR (optical character recognition) engine and create a
searchable, indexable PDF. This is nice because, if you wish to search
for a particular phrase, you can.
Some scanners come with software that will help with the automation of
the scanning OCR steps. Since I do not know what you have access to, it
s difficult to go beyond what I have already suggested.
Hope this helps.
