The '85/'84 Wolfsburg edition campers have the extra amenities and nice interiors, so the cost of square headlights and 2.1L WBX seems hardly worth it. It seems that logically the best deal would be a Wolfsburg edition "weekender" or full camper with a 2.1L long block transplant. In my dreams my heart yearns for an '86 or newer Syncro Westfalia.
