Too much tightened fanbelt resulting in bad bearings in the waterpump or
alternator .
Or just the waterpump going bad ...
Or - if you´re lucky - the fanbelt too loose

Check your mounts to ensure the mountings are are tight.  Your mounts also
may be weak causing excessive engine movement leading to the the rubbing.
