As I posted a couple of weeks ago, my '82 Westy with a 1.9TD conversion was sideswiped by someone going through a red light. Like some of you correctly advised, dealing with the insurance company requires patience and careful preparation.

My key problem now is to prove that a Westy camper with a 1.9TD conversion doesn't go for peanuts, and that the 1.9l turbo Diesel engine is an addition which significantly affects the value. Has anyone on the done 1.9l turbo Diesel conversions to vans for sale? If so what did those vans sell for?
