My $0.02. I initially put together a relay upgrade for my headlights that used a distribution block & Bosch relay brackets, all exposed to whatever weather lives behind the left headlight. When I got some spare time, I went back in and weather sealed it all with a great part. In mid-80's Saab 900's, maybe up to early 90's, under the hood just inside the left fender is a relay box. Not the main fuse box, but somewhat forward of it. Top is clear plastic with a seal, and it seems set up to handle eight relays, so I had no trouble fitting in the 4 I need, plus a smaller distribution block. The wires exit through the bottom, through a rubber boot that came with the box, and there is a little water drain as well. I mounted it on the right side, between the headlight and radiator. Power supply is an easy thing- I have a 4 gauge wire leaving the battery box through one of the factory holes, and I just ran it along the frame rail and straight up to the relay box.

Anyway, that was more like $0.47, so if anyone wants more info or pictures, pmail me.
