Suspension travel is moslty limited to the shock. Thats why I got Bilstein
off road shocks for my syncro. I was tired of hearing the rear shocks top
out all the time. Now its great. And no I didnt use any fancy springs to
lift it. I raised the rear of the van about 3 inches.
