Tom,

Check to see if your ignition switch has burned out the "X" output. This is a common occurrence (along with the headlight switch burning out) until you add the headlight relays.

I've changed out my ignition switch, only to have the headlight switch go out a few weeks later.

Thanks to Simon R. for suggesting the load reduction relay. Jumping the L/R output terminals makes everything work - except still no headlights.

At the headlight switch, there is no 'X' voltage with the L/R relay jumped. I can jump 30 to the outputs and make the lights work.

Since the L/R relay is jumped, it seems that there is a physical disconnect somewhere, or is there another component to check?
