Gene Berg once told me to use graphite powder in the door channels that the glass runs in - this is a monthly service he said. (yes I am that old.....)

Other than that take the door apart and clean and regrease the center runner in the regulator, and "maybe" you can clean and regrease the cable/pinion gear thingy, but I don't know about that part - I have electric windows.
