About the shower, I was thinking of a (black) water bag, that I would
leave on the roof to heat up during the day.
Plugged to a regular (shorter) shower. Gravity would make the water come
down. It would take a portable curtain (I have seen some circular ones
on camping catalogs year ago). The bag idea was there too.

Very simple, ok only in summer time and very limited (1 or 2 persons
depending on the volume). It would not be the best for morning showers,
unless you live quite South. Unless a solar resistance could be
incorporated. or another system?

I would not mess inside the camper. I know of some winibagos that have
shower right in the middle of the van. the curtain and shower comes down
from the room, you have to remove a trap on the floor of the van and
that's the bottom of the shower.
