I just bought a van very similar to this last week. 1986 MV Weekender
with 102,000 miles. Mine came with an awning and a Fiamma bike rack,
and the a/c works well. The paint has a bunch of tiny nicks, as older
cars tend to. Everything checked out at my mechanic, the only repairs
needed were some boots in the front end (about $400 in work). I paid
$6400 for the van and felt like I got a pretty good deal. For whatever
reason, these vans don't seem to bring as high a price as the full
westy kit.
