Hi Rob, Well, I broke the mirror but I figured it out. The plastic trim rectangle that the switch slides in has 6 prongs on it. 3 across the top and 3 across the bottom.

I had a spare visor and after warming it in the sun I used a very small screwdriver to push up from under the bottom edge. once I got the bottom three free the top three will disengage by moving the trim down a bit.

Two bulbs inside.
