I use a 280amps deep cycle marine battery (the one use to power electric engine on fishing boat), on my koolatron fridge (2-5amp hour), it last for about 32 hours at temp around 80f, after 32 hours it shows 11.1 volt, i guess it could go for a longer time but am not sure, if you do the math!!!! it should last for about 2.5 days (120amps a day or so).... i never try it that long.
