Subject: 87 westy with surging problem
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Hi folks,

My 87 westy has been exhibiting some weird behavior lately. When it's cold it will take off from a stop with no problems. If I drive it a while, then turn it off for an hour or so, the next time I start it up and take off it will be totally sluggish until I get up to around 10 mph, then it takes off like it should. I'm wondering if it's due to timing, injectors, tune-up related problem?

Once it warms up again it works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a bunch,

KP
