From the looks of the head of that bolt, the wear pattern on it suggest that the other bolts are loose on the torque converter. I would pull the engine and make sure of the damage to the flex drive and torque converter. On replacment get some 8.8 grade bolts(8X1.25X30mm)and lock washers to replace the bolts with. Phil
