I had a problem with my westy discharging too soon. Then I discovered that my second battery, a fairly recent deep cycle, was draining the main battery. Sort of the exact opposite of the desired effect, eh?! I, one day soon, will have to rewire that whole setup, some radio moron installed it for the PO. So, for now, no second battery, and excellent start ups after weeks of sitting, waiting patiently for a opportunity to roll.

Just a thought. Also, for anyone experiencing strange idle, idle surge, high idle, etc... A bad battery will cause this. I don't really know quite why, maybe someone can explain. Happened on my old crx as well as this bad second batt on the westy.
