I would pull the engine and make sure of the damage to the flex drive and torque converter. On replacment get some 8.8 grade bolts(8X1.25X30mm)and lock washers to replace the bolts with. Phil. The installer of my SVX used improper fasteners (SAE grade 5 instead of grade 8) Cost me plenty, no warranty support. So FWIW M 8.8 is SAE Gr. 5. M 10.9 is SAE Gr. 8. I'd recommend the M 10.9, look for 10.9 on the bolt head. (Cap-Head Machine Screw) |
