I'll suggest that you can get the rear hatch extender (gowesty.com I think, works on any van) to prop & lock the rear hatch open a few inches. You'll also need to make the 'showercap' rear bug net to keep the bugs out (this design is 100% effective). Then also make bug screens for the 2 front windows so that you can have the front windows down (& no bugs). This will aid greatly the air flow through the van. If you want pictures, let me know.
