They are rebuilt by AVP, whom I recommend highly. (My previous comments
about AVP can be found in the archives.)  Whether you buy from them or
us the shipping charges are the same, our prices are the same (or even a
couple of bucks cheaper), and we don't charge sales tax outside of PA.
