My local TrueValue Hardware store has them in stock, 28 cents US. I checked at the store this morning.

Those bolts don't really serve much of a purpose. My 87 Syncro Camper has been without them since 1995 when I removed them to fit Audi 15" wheels. Likewise my 82 Westy.
