Gary,
I'm guessing your high-speed fan is on due to the high-side pressure being
to high.
Let me take a few guesses at your situation: you're running R134 in an '86
or later van and the outside temp is over 95 degrees?
If this is your situation, I can think of two possible solutions:
1 - Replace your existing condenser with a higher efficiency parellel flow
condenser.
2 - Remove some of your R134 to lower the high-side pressure.
Cheers,
Jeff

Jeff,
Can't slip anything past you Jeff. Your quite
right but even a smaller pulley would not help me as
the high speed fan is running most of the time I
really need the AC. Don't suppose a sharp cookie
like you has a solution for that? regards gary
