I too have my dash out to replace the blower motor and while I'm in there I'm replacing the heater core, brake master cylindar and clutch master cylindar. I took the heater box apart and am replacing the foam on the air diversion flaps. I too will clean up the grounds and cover them with the special non-conductiong grease that I can't spell (dy-lectric???). I might put in a relay for the high speed fan switch as (reported on the list) when the fan is on high, the switch has a tendency to melt. Also I'm looking for and cleaning up any rust back in there and giving all a liberal dose of Krown.com rust-prevention oil. And replacing those tiny little light bulbs.
