Front end squeaks like you describe are likely the control arm bushings. You'll likely find that by this time next year the squeaks will be replaced by sharp thumps as the bushing holes turn from circles into ovals. The squeaking is an indicator that the inner bushing sheath is starting to rotate and dislodge from the rubber. Warmer weather softens the rubber a bit to allow this rotation to occur.
