Heat Shield Insulation, 48" x 72" Sheet Each ZX250705N $26.95

This is what I have decided to add to the front behind the radiator to block the heat.

I am still looking for other options in the engine bay.

I have one Cool It 12 x 24 shield on the rear heat shield, above the muffler, to block radiant heat from the muffler and plan to add one more to block the CAT heat.

You probably find the top heat shield in a local speed shop, I did cheaper than JC Whitney and no shipping fees, and get it quicker.
